This paper examines eco-friendly operations, waste reduction strategies, and green hotel initiatives aimed at minimizing environmental impact while maintaining service quality and profitability. It explores key areas such as energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainable procurement, and technological innovations in hospitality management. The study also highlights the role of stakeholder engagement, including employees and guests, in achieving sustainability goals. While the implementation of sustainable practices offers benefits such as cost savings, improved brand image, and regulatory compliance, challenges such as high initial investment and lack of awareness persist. The paper concludes that integrating sustainability into core business strategies is essential for long-term growth and competitiveness in the hospitality sector.
