The journal strictly ensures that the payment of the submission fee does not influence editorial decisions. All submissions are evaluated solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance. 

Authors are informed about the submission fee in advance to maintain complete transparency. In deserving cases, partial waivers or concessions may be considered to support researchers facing financial constraints, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunity in scholarly publishing.
